We also provide a legal analysis of content prior to distribution. CLG has experience in developing public private partnerships (p3) and identifying creative funding solutions to various community needs. We help our clients negotiate and close complex housing, industrial, commercial, mixed-use & transportation projects and otherwise build relationships with government to complete and/or manage specific projects.
Social Security
We also represent clients in need of appealing their social security. Generally, a social security appeal has four levels: Reconsideration; Hearing by an administrative law judge; Review by the Appeals Council; and, Federal Court review. We are available to work with our clients at any stage in the appeal process.
State and Local Taxation
We work with clients who have tax issues with the state Treasury Department, county assessors and similar tax collecting entities. We also counsel clients in structuring business transactions to minimize any tax impacts.
